Easy gourmet pork dish perfect for your next dinner party.
Ingredients:
  • 11.80 gm Wholegrain Mustard
  • 11.80 gm Dijon Originale Mustard
  • 20.00 ml Dijonnaise
  • 250ml creme fraiche
  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 10g unsalted butter
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 100g small button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 100ml white wine
  • 40.00 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Mashed potato or buttered noodles, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. 2. Combine the two mustards with the Dijonnaise and creme fraiche. 3. Season the pork with salt and black pepper.
  • Combine butter and oil in a heavy-based frypan over medium-high heat. Sear pork for 2-3 minutes on each side. Transfer pork to a baking tray and place in oven during sauce preparation.
  • Place the frypan back on medium heat, then add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened but not browned. Toss in mushrooms and garlic, stirring constantly for an additional 2 minutes until mushrooms soften. Pour in wine and let it bubble for 1 minute. Add the mustard mixture, season with salt and pepper, and stir for another minute.
  • Take the pork out of the oven and transfer it to a frying pan along with any pan juices. Coat the cutlets in the sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
