Dill and Dijon Egg-Salad Wraps

Quick and delicious egg-salad wraps with zesty dill and Dijon mustard - perfect for a delightful appetizer in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red or green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 5 teaspoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 5 flour tortillas (6 or 8 inches in diameter)
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs, bell pepper, onions, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, mustard, and dill weed in a bowl.
  • Spread a generous amount of mayonnaise down the center of each tortilla. Add a generous amount of the egg mixture, spreading it out but leaving a small border at the bottom of the tortilla. Top with fresh lettuce and alfalfa sprouts.
  • Fold one end of the tortilla up about 1 inch over the filling, then fold the right and left sides over the folded end, overlapping. Finally, fold the remaining end down.
