Elevate your egg salad with a luxurious blend of cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and a medley of dill, parsley, and chives.
Ingredients:
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, or more as needed
  • 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (such as Grey Poupon®)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Slice hard-boiled eggs in half and gently separate yolks from whites.
  • In a food processor, blend egg yolks, mayonnaise, cream cheese, parsley, chives, dill, mustard, paprika, and salt until creamy and smooth. Add more mayonnaise if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Chop the egg whites into small pieces and combine them with the egg-herb mixture in a medium bowl, stirring well.
