30-minute dinner: Bisquick® roast beef sandwiches - quick & delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 7 slices thinly sliced deli roast beef (6 ounces), cut in half
  • Leaf lettuce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. Mix together Bisquick mix, milk, and dill weed until a soft dough forms.
  • Place the dough on a Bisquick mix-dusted surface, coating it with more Bisquick mix. Shape it into a ball and knead it 10 times. Roll out the dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Use a 2-inch round cutter dipped in Bisquick mix to cut out shapes. Arrange them 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, then cool for at least 5 minutes. Split the biscuits in half. Spread a touch under 1 teaspoon of blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each biscuit. Top with folded slice of roast beef and a crisp lettuce leaf. Finish with the biscuit top.
