Spicy wings with creamy blue cheese dip for effortless weekend snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 41.60 gm tomato sauce
  • 5.00 gm smoked paprika
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2.40 gm onion salt
  • 1kg Australian Chicken Wings
  • 150g soft blue cheese
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 60ml buttermilk
  • 60g sour cream
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped chives
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped dill
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to 200°C. - Line a roasting pan with baking paper. - In a large bowl, mix together maple syrup, tomato sauce, paprika, cumin, oregano, and onion salt. - Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly on the lined pan. Bake, rotating periodically, for 40-45 mins until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Prepare the blue cheese sauce by blending blue cheese, mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream in a food processor until creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and mix in chives and dill. Season to taste.
  • Place the chicken elegantly on a platter and drizzle with the delectable blue cheese sauce.
