Elevate corn on the cob with dill and blue cheese for a unforgettable dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 6 ears corn, husks and silk removed
  • 0.66666668653488 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Mix butter and dill together in a bowl until a paste forms. Evenly spread the paste on each ear of corn and wrap them individually in aluminum foil. Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Take the corn out of the oven and gently unwrap each packet. Sprinkle evenly with blue cheese. Place back in the oven and bake until the cheese is melted, approximately 5 more minutes.
