Creamy dill slow-roasted chicken for a simple and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds bone-in chicken pieces
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dry onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Lay the chicken pieces in the baking dish. Pour undiluted mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream over the chicken. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and dill. Do not mix.
  • Roast in the oven for 1 1/2 hours until the chicken is tender and falling off the bone. The longer it cooks, the more delicious the flavor will be.
