Indulge in a decadent blend of butterscotch, chocolate, and marshmallows that promises to please everyone.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Begin by preheating your oven to a perfect 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Then, generously grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool. Stir in flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs until well combined. Add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, then spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. The center will be slightly jiggly but will set as it cools. Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
