Irresistible disappearing cookies: Bake until lightly browned for the perfect treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease your cookie sheets for perfect baking.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth in a medium bowl. Mix in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold in oats, white chocolate chips, and pecans. Drop tablespoons of dough onto prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool.
