Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Indulgent blondies with chocolate & butterscotch chips and marshmallows - irresistible!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.66666668653488 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips and butter on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth, about 1 to 3 minutes total. Let it cool briefly before using.
  • In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add melted butterscotch chips, then mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Gently fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips. Evenly spread the batter in the baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the top is dry, and the edges are slightly pulling away from the sides of the pan. Let it cool completely and cut into 24 squares.
