Loaded oatmeal cookies with a delightful mix of cornflakes and chocolate chips for a perfect balance of flavors and textures.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.33300000429153 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cornflakes cereal
  • 0.33300000429153 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine oil, brown sugar, and white sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Fold in oats, cornflakes, and chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8 to 12 minutes. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
