Overflowing with oats, cornflakes, pecans, and coconut, these indulgent cookies are simply irresistible and ideal for sharing.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups quick cooking oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cornflakes cereal
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, white sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla and mix until creamy. Add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt, then mix well. Stir in cornflakes, pecans, and coconut.
  • Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet without greasing it.
  • Place in the hot oven for 8-10 minutes.
