Delicious mini donut muffins with cinnamon-sugar and nutmeg flavors, made effortlessly in a mini muffin pan.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup margarine, melted
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  • Prepare the muffin batter by combining sugar, margarine, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add milk, then gently fold in flour and baking powder until just mixed. Fill the muffin cups halfway with the batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the tops turn a lovely light golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes, then place on a wire rack.
  • Pour the melted margarine into one bowl and combine the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  • After baking, luxuriously dunk the muffin tops into the melted margarine followed by a generous coating of the sugar mixture. Allow them to cool for 10 minutes before indulging in their sweetness.
