Satisfying Doritos casserole combines seasoned ground beef, creamy soup, and zesty enchilada sauce, poured over crushed chips for a tasty, effortless meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
  • 10 fluid ounces milk
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) package seasoned tortilla chips (such as Doritos®)
  • 8 slices processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a large pot, brown ground beef over medium-high heat until crumbly and fully cooked, 7 to 10 minutes. Remove and discard any excess grease.
  • Combine the cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and milk with the ground beef. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer crushed chips evenly. Pour the seasoned ground beef mixture over the chips and gently mix. Top with a layer of cheese slices.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes, then stir the melted cheese into the beef mixture.
