Celebrate Christmas with a vibrant and fruity cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 3 ripe kiwifruit, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 1 x 250g punnet fresh strawberries, washed, hulled
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes
  • 250ml (1 cup) cranberry juice
  • 90ml scotch whisky
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) strawberry liqueur
Instructions:
  • Puree the kiwifruit in a food processor until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a small bowl, using the back of a spoon to push the puree through and discard the seeds.
  • Combine the strawberries, ice, cranberry juice, whisky, and strawberry liqueur in a blender. Blend until smooth, then let it sit for 2 minutes to settle.
  • Evenly distribute the strawberry mixture into serving glasses and drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of kiwifruit puree. Serve right away.
