Whip up a simple and delicious berry crisp using cake mix and pie filling - it's a breeze!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry or strawberry pie filling
  • 1 can (21 oz) blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Ice cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Combine cake mix, butter, and nuts in a large bowl, mixing until crumbly. Set aside.
  • In a 13x9-inch ungreased pan, spoon pie fillings in a random pattern without mixing. Drizzle lemon juice over fillings. Evenly sprinkle cake mix mixture over the fruit.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy warm with a scoop of ice cream. Keep loosely covered for freshness.
