Indulge in irresistible blueberry doughnuts with a raspberry glaze using Bisquick® mix for a truly satisfying treat for your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm® frozen organic raspberries (do not thaw)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and grease doughnut pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick mix, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2/3 cup milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, and egg until well combined. Gently fold in blueberries. Transfer batter into a resealable plastic bag, cut a small corner off the bag, and pipe about 1/4 cup of batter into each doughnut well.
  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Remove doughnuts from the pan and let them cool completely on a rack.
  • In a small saucepan, bring raspberries, water, and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture thickens into a syrup. Strain and let cool. Whisk in 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until smooth and thick. Dip the tops of the doughnuts into the berry glaze, allowing any extra glaze to drip off. Allow the glaze to set before serving.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 cup of powdered sugar and 4 1/2 teaspoons of milk until smooth. Drizzle the mixture over the doughnuts and allow it to set.
