Indulge in a slice of delicious, homemade pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 30g butter, chilled, finely chopped
  • 47.50 gm NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS
  • 30.40 gm NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE White CHOC BITS
  • 257.50 gm milk
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 220°C (200°C for fan-forced). Prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, sift the flour and add butter. Use your fingertips to rub the butter into the flour until it looks like coarse breadcrumbs. Add milk chocolate bits and white chocolate bits, then make a well in the center. Pour in the milk. Use a flat-bladed knife to stir until a soft, sticky dough forms (be careful not to overmix).
  • Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide it into 6 balls and place them on the prepared tray.
  • Bake until rolls sound hollow when tapped, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and serve warm.
