Double Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Indulge in our irresistible double chocolate oatmeal cookies, packed with cocoa and chocolate chips for the ultimate chocolate fix. Easy to bake and guaranteed to disappear quickly, you'll want to double the batch to share with others!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup Yoplait® 99% Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1 egg or 1/4 cup fat-free egg product
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 2/3 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup Gold Medal™ whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips or white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine sugar, butter, yogurt, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Place rounded tablespoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until barely any indentation is left when touched, then promptly transfer from the baking sheet.
