Peanut butter makes these cookies irresistibly crumbly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl until combined.
  • Using an electric mixer, combine butter, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, making sure to beat well after each addition. Fold in the flour mixture and mix in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  • Using a level tablespoon, place dough 2 inches apart on buttered baking sheets. Bake cookies in batches in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on racks. Store cookies in airtight containers for up to 5 days.
