Whip up a quick and delicious chicken-bacon-ranch pizza with pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and prepared dough.
Ingredients:
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning, divided
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cubed, cooked chicken
  • 0.125 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crisp up the bacon, turning occasionally, until golden brown all over, which takes about 10 minutes. Then, place the bacon on paper towels to drain and cool.
  • Drizzle oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet and spread it evenly. Press dough into skillet, shaping it into a pizza with a crust. Use a fork to poke holes all over the dough.
  • Place the dough in the preheated oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove the dough from the oven and reshape if needed. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning over the top, then spread a layer of ranch dressing.
  • Cover pizza crust with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella, tender chicken, and crisp red onion. Finish by scattering crumbled, cooled bacon on top.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
  • Take the pizza out of the oven and layer tomato slices on top. Melt butter, then blend in the rest of the dry ranch seasoning. Brush the crust with the butter-ranch mixture.
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler.
  • Broil the pizza until the cheese turns a delicious golden brown in just 2 to 3 minutes, ensuring not to burn it.
