Get creative with delicious dragon egg meringues!
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggwhites, at room temperature
  • 141.90 gm caster sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla essence
  • 10.00 gm cornflour
  • 170.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 12 drops green food colouring
  • 32 jelly beans
Instructions:
  • Proceed to follow the first three delightful steps outlined in the Fairy Coconut Kisses recipe.
  • Using a spoon, shape tablespoonfuls of mixture into egg shapes on trays, leaving space for spreading. Press a jelly bean into the center of each meringue, ensuring it is fully covered by the meringue.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on trays for 10 minutes until firm. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
