Dulce de Leche-Brownie Trifles

Elevate Betty Crocker® brownie mix into irresistible individual desserts effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla pudding and pie filling mix (not instant)
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 pouch (10.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix pouch
  • 1 can (13.4 oz) dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk), heated
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, mix pudding mix with whipping cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick. Remove from heat and transfer to a medium bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour until cold.
  • Prepare and bake the brownies according to the instructions on the pouch, utilizing water, oil, and egg. Allow the brownies to cool completely for approximately 1 hour. Slice into 4 rows by 3 rows, then cut each brownie into 4 squares.
  • For serving, scoop 2 rounded tablespoons of pudding into each of the 12 small dessert dishes. Then, top the pudding in each dish with 4 brownie squares and finish by drizzling warm dulce de leche over them.
