Dumpling salad recipe

Delicious and healthy rainbow plate: Quick and easy 20-minute meal with frozen gyoza and salad kit. Packed with veggies, low-calorie, and fuss-free.
Ingredients:
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 500g frozen prawn gyoza
  • 350g packet Asian style salad kit
  • 4 qukes (baby cucumbers) or 1 cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 green shallots, shredded
Instructions:
  • In a hot non-stick pan, lay the gyoza flat side down and cook until golden for about 4 minutes. Lower the heat to medium, pour in 60ml (1/4 cup) water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  • Uncover and turn up the heat to high. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the water evaporates and the gyoza bottoms turn crispy.
  • As you wait, beautifully plate the salad components along with the noodles from the kit on a large serving platter.
  • Arrange the gyoza and shallot on top of the salad and generously drizzle the included dressing before serving.
