Elevate store-bought dumplings with a flavorful homemade dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) light soy sauce
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 1 green shallot, end trimmed, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 fresh red birdseye chilli, thinly sliced
  • 10.60 gm fresh lime juice
  • 1 x 390g pkt Ho Mai Yum Cha Steamboat Selection, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix ingredients in a small bowl until the sugar dissolves.
  • Follow the instructions on the Yum Cha Steamboat Selection packet and serve with a delicious soy and ginger dressing.
