Tangy Asian dressing with soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger for bold salad flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup olive oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
Instructions:
  • Prepare all necessary ingredients.
  • In a 1-pint glass jar, mingle olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, honey, garlic, and ginger. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously.
  • Uncover the jar and microwave until honey is dissolved, approximately 1 minute. Let it cool.
  • Mix vigorously before presenting. Keep covered in the fridge.
