Whiskey-glazed pork ribs, grilled or baked, paired with salad and garlic cheese potatoes for a delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 0.66666698455811 cup bourbon
  • 1 cup light soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 pounds country style pork ribs
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, and garlic in a food processor or blender until garlic is minced. Pour mixture over ribs and refrigerate for several hours to marinate.
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by heating it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Place the ribs on the grate, cover, and cook until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), which should take 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the thickness of the ribs.
