Try this simple and delicious macaroni salad recipe that's always a hit with everyone!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.5 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
Instructions:
  • Boil lightly salted water in a pot. Add macaroni and cook until al dente, approximately 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Let it sit to dry.
  • Combine the chilled macaroni noodles, mayonnaise, onion, and tuna in a bowl. Adjust mayo to taste. Season with salt and black pepper before chilling until ready to serve.
