Make a delightful pink lemonade pie with coconut topping using basic ingredients. A refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen pink lemonade from concentrate, thawed
  • 1 drop Few drops red food coloring
  • 1 (4 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
  • 0.5 cup coconut, tinted pink
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Slowly incorporate the sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, and food coloring, if using.
  • Gently mix in the luscious whipped topping, then transfer the mixture to the ready pie crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Sprinkle with delightful coconut before serving.
