Easy no-bake cake pops: sugar cookies and cream cheese for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (13.5 ounce) packages soft, frosted sugar cookies (such as Lofthouse®)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages white candy melts
  • 24 lollipop sticks
  • 1 tablespoon multicolored candy sprinkles, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mix cookies and cream cheese together in a stand mixer until fully combined.
  • Shape mixture into twenty four 1 1/2-inch balls, then insert a lollipop stick into each one. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before moving on.
  • While the cake pops are chilling, melt the candy melts in a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently with a rubber spatula until smooth, for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Take the cake pops out of the refrigerator. Dip each one in the melted candy coating, let the extra drip off, and place them back on the baking sheet. Quickly add sprinkles on top and let them sit until the coating sets for about 10 minutes.
