Ingredients:
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 5 tablespoons instant lemon pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 cup butter, softened
- 0.33300000429153 cup water
- 0.125 cup applesauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing and flouring it.
- Combine cake mix and instant pudding in a medium bowl. Mix in eggs, butter, water, and applesauce with an electric mixer until smooth. Transfer batter to the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
