Create fun Easter treats with the kids - sweet edible baskets!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • Green-colored sour candy separated into strips
  • Jelly beans or other desired candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Prepare and bake the cake mix following the instructions on the box to make 24 cupcakes. Let the cupcakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Cover with a luscious layer of frosting, attach candy strips for handles, decorate with additional candy to your heart's desire, and store loosely covered.
