Indulgent chocolate popcorn with coconut, almonds, and Easter candy - perfect for kids!
Ingredients:
  • 7 cups plain popped popcorn, unsalted
  • 1 cup mini chocolate candy-coated eggs (such as Cadbury®)
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 0.5 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 (8 ounce) package white chocolate chips (such as Ghirardelli®)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 0.125 teaspoon almond extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine popcorn, chocolate eggs, coconut, and almonds in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Place white chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted, about 2 minutes. Mix in butter and almond extract until fully combined.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn, give it a good toss until everything is coated. Sprinkle in the salt and mix it well. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet. Adjust the salt to your liking.
  • Allow the popcorn to cool and set before enjoying.
