Moist and delicious biscuits made with baking mix and lemon-lime soda. No toppings needed!
Ingredients:
  • 4.5 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick ®)
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (such as 7-Up®)
  • 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and melt the butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish in the oven.
  • Combine baking mix, lemon-lime soda, and sour cream in a bowl until a sticky dough forms. Transfer dough to a floured surface and roll into a 1-inch thick circle. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or the rim of a wine glass, then place them in the melted butter.
  • Bake until biscuits are golden brown in the preheated oven, about 10-12 minutes. Then, let them sit in the dish until they have soaked up all the butter.
