Turn leftover chicken into a creamy sauce with broccoli/spinach, mushrooms, and canned soup for a tasty pasta/rice dish.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cooked, diced chicken meat
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.66666698455811 cup water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 (4.5 ounce) cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine chicken, milk, soup, water, spinach or broccoli, mushrooms, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir and cook for 10-15 minutes until heated through. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
