Hawaiian-inspired Ahi tuna poke bowl with bold flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Asian chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 pound sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • 2 lime wedges
Instructions:
  • Combine scallion, soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Mix until fully incorporated. Add tuna cubes and toss to coat. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
  • Garnish with ripe sliced avocado and a squeeze of zesty fresh lime.
