  • 2 (5 ounce) ahi tuna steaks
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
Instructions:
  • Ensure the tuna steaks are patted dry and generously seasoned with salt and cayenne pepper on both sides.
