Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed for the recipe and preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Combine bread crumbs and olive oil in a bowl until they form a moist mixture that easily sticks to the meat when pressed.
  • Spread the crumb mixture onto all sides of the pork on a baking sheet until it forms a 1/4 inch thick coating, making sure there is no pink meat showing.
  • Bake until meat thermometer registers 165 degrees F (75 degrees C) or pork is no longer pink when cut, which should take at least 35 minutes.
  • Allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes before slicing into 1/2 inch pieces.
