Peppercorn and garlic seasoned Smithfield pork tenderloin coated in Italian bread crumbs and oven-roasted for an elegant main course.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds Smithfield® Peppercorn & Garlic Seasoned Tenderloin
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine bread crumbs and olive oil in a bowl until they form a sticky mixture. Coat the pork evenly with the breadcrumb mixture on a cooking sheet until fully covered and about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until pork is fully cooked with an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  • Allow the pork to rest for 10 minutes before slicing into 1/2-inch pieces.
