Delicious apple crisp with tart apples, sweet streusel oat topping, and warm cinnamon. Perfect with ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 7 tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal baking results.
  • Prepare the apple filling by gently mixing together the apple slices, fresh lemon juice, and fragrant vanilla in a spacious bowl. Arrange the apple slices neatly in a 9x13-inch baking pan.
