Easy Baileys condensed milk caramel recipe

Elevate your caramel sauce with Baileys Irish Cream for a decadent twist. Perfect for desserts or drinks. Just mix condensed milk with Baileys and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 395g cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Place a 2.5-litre (10-cup) baking dish inside a large roasting pan, then pour condensed milk into the dish.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and pour enough boiling water into the pan to reach halfway up the side of the dish. Bake for 2 hours until the mixture turns deep caramel in color and firms slightly, topping up with water every 30 minutes. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
  • Whisk the caramel with a balloon whisk until smooth, then transfer it to a non-metallic bowl. Stir in the Baileys until smooth.
