Decadent Baileys dessert drink with chocolate ice-cream, whipped cream, marshmallows, and wafer cones. Perfect treat for grown-ups.
Ingredients:
  • Chocolate sauce, to drizzle
  • 280.00 gm chocolate ice-cream, slightly softened
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) Irish Cream liqueur, plus extra, to drizzle
  • Aerosol whipped cream, to serve
  • Mini marshmallows, to serve
  • Grated dark chocolate, to serve
  • Mini wafer cones dipped in melted dark chocolate (optional), to serve
Instructions:
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce along the sides of two 375ml tall glasses.
  • In a blender, mix together the ice cream, milk, and Baileys until velvety smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
  • Garnish with cream, a splash of Baileys, mini marshmallows, and grated chocolate. Enjoy immediately with mini wafer cones, if desired.
