Pie maker Baileys brioche puddings recipe

Easy Baileys-soaked puddings made with just six ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 83.33 gm Irish cream
  • 1/2 x 400g loaf chocolate chip brioche, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Cocoa powder, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine eggs, Baileys, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Add brioche and gently coat with the egg mixture. Let it sit for 3 minutes for the brioche to absorb the liquid.
  • Get your pie maker ready by preheating it.
  • Spoon half of the brioche mixture into the pie maker, then cook for 4 minutes until the center comes out clean with a skewer. Transfer to a wire rack, then repeat with the remaining mixture to make a total of 8 puddings. Serve warm or at room temperature topped with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa.
