Lemon-infused chicken with a crispy crust, bake uncovered for the perfect crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a large baking dish and generously drizzle with water, olive oil, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, garlic powder, parsley, and paprika; season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil, making a few slits to vent.
  • Roast chicken breasts in a hot oven until cooked through and the juices are clear, around 45 minutes. A meat thermometer inserted into the center should register 165°F (75°C).
