Elevate blueberry pancakes with white vanilla chips for a sweet twist. Ready in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • Maple-flavored syrup
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • Butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat nonstick griddle or skillet over gentle heat.
  • Prepare a delectable pancake batter by following the instructions on the Bisquick mix box, incorporating milk and eggs. Gently combine blueberries and white vanilla chips into the batter.
  • Pour a generous 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle. Cook until bubbles break on the surface and edges start to dry, about 4 minutes. Then flip and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Top pancakes with decadent butter and sweet syrup before serving.
