Broccoli stars in a modern twist on the classic green bean casserole for a fresh holiday dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Place broccoli in a large microwave-safe bowl with a splash of water, then microwave until tender for about 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid. Combine mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise with the broccoli until well blended. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Combine bread crumbs with luxurious melted butter in a separate bowl, then elegantly sprinkle the mixture evenly over the broccoli.
  • Bake until bubbly on top, about 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven.
