Ingredients:
  • 250g butter, at room temperature, chopped
  • 125g icing sugar
  • 350g plain flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C.
  • Combine sifted plain flour and icing sugar in a bowl. Add chopped butter and use your hands to mix until a dough forms.
  • Prepare a generously floured surface and coat the dough with additional flour as necessary. Utilize a cutter to shape the biscuits and place them on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, about 15-20 minutes.
