Craft artisan ice cream with personalized mix-ins.
Ingredients:
  • 1 litre low-fat vanilla caramel swirl ice-cream
  • 125g butternut snap biscuits, chopped
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 80g dry-roasted pecans, chopped
  • waffle cones, to serve
Instructions:
  • Allow the ice-cream to soften in a bowl for 5 to 10 minutes. Mix in biscuits, cinnamon, and pecans, then transfer the mixture back to the container. Freeze for 4 to 5 hours until it reaches the desired firmness.
  • Scoop the ice-cream mixture into waffle cones to serve.
