Banana caramel sundaes

Create a nostalgic sundae by layering creamy ice cream with ripe bananas, gooey caramel, and crunchy nuts.
Ingredients:
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
  • 4 medium ripe bananas, peeled, sliced diagonally
  • 170mls (2/3 cup) caramel flavoured topping (Cottees brand)
  • 75g (1/2 cup) unsalted roasted peanuts, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In each of 4 large glasses or tumblers, add a generous scoop of ice cream. Layer with sliced bananas, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of caramel topping, and top with a sprinkle of peanuts.
  • Create another decadent layer by alternating scoops of velvety ice-cream, slices of ripe bananas, a drizzle of your favorite topping, and a generous sprinkle of crunchy peanuts. Enjoy this indulgent treat immediately.
