Popcorn coated in sticky caramel, rolled into addictive balls.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (2.9 ounce) bags microwave popcorn, popped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup corn syrup
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Transfer the popcorn into a spacious bowl.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, blend brown sugar, condensed milk, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir frequently and cook until a candy thermometer reads 234 degrees F (112 degrees C), approximately 5 minutes. Drizzle over popcorn and mix well to evenly coat.
  • Spoon the popcorn mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a ball by twisting the plastic wrap. Place the popcorn ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat for the rest of the mixture. Allow them to cool and set for about 5 minutes.
